Growing up as a child, I remember my mum praying on every product she sells from A-Z, she CONSISTENTLY does this, and I keep wondering why and what for. I didn't understand then, and never bothered to ask! Perhaps, she would have told me. But little did I know that someday, I'll understand it better and by. In my experience as a small business owner, managing a business must align with spiritual values to help establish an overall sense of well-being. Spirituality in this context does not necessarily require you to follow a specific religion or superiority. In my own opinion, it's about dedicating time each day for your higher purpose reflection; it is the belief that you are looking for answers from within that require as much devotion, hope, and faith.
